CLS<\/em> decision.  During that time the Federal Circuit has failed rather famously to come up with a definition of what is an abstract idea.  You might remember that the Supreme Court punted on that issue as well, stating:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>In any event, we need not labor to delimit the precise contours of the &#8220;abstract ideas&#8221; category in this case.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Alice Corp.
