Google<\/em>.  The arguments against the Federal Circuit&#8217;s application of <em>Alice<\/em> are getting more and more articulate.  I thought this oral argument was a great example.  The rebuttal argument by the appellant\/patent owner&#8217;s attorney is presented below.
