In hindsight after listening to the oral argument, it is quite obvious how to catch a bed bug.  I suppose that is the problem with hindsight perspectives &#8212; as we all know.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>The oral argument of the day is from <em>SUSAN McKNIGHT, INC. v. IANCU<\/em>, No. 2019-1696 (Fed. Cir. Mar. 6, 2020).  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here&#8217;s one example of a bed bug trap.
