MercExchange"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Believe it or not, the twentieth anniversary of the Supreme Court decision in <a href=\"https:\/\/scholar.google.com\/scholar_case?case=4819344338954570996&amp;q=ebay&amp;hl=en&amp;as_sdt=4,60\">eBay v. MercExchange<\/a> is quickly approaching &#8212; it will be twenty years in May of 2026.  The oral argument in this case took place before oral arguments of the Supreme Court were timely available.
