DuMont of WilmerHale\u00a0is President Obama&#8217;s nominee to replace Chief Judge Michel.\u00a0 I posted previously that I had not been able to find any cases where Mr. DuMont had argued before the Federal Circuit.\u00a0 Well, I stumbled across one.\u00a0 He argued on behalf of the intervenor in the recent oral argument for the <em>en banc<\/em> appeal \u00a0in <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Princo Corp. v.
