Raba-Kistner Consultants, Inc.<\/a>, 2010-1088 (Fed. Cir. July 8, 2010)\u00a0had an opportunity to explore the meaning of &#8220;coupled to&#8221; in the oral argument of that case.\u00a0 The case was decided with a rule 36 opinion last week.\u00a0 So, there is no panel opinion discussing the meaning of &#8220;coupled to.&#8221;\u00a0 But, you might find the discussion interesting as it highlights some of the questions running through the minds of judges when they are looking at such language.
