The Ninth Circuit yesterday decided the appeal in the Mattel v. MGA Entertainment case concerning a dispute over the\u00a0Bratz line of\u00a0dolls. While not a Federal Circuit case, I thought the oral argument might be of interest and a point of comparison to Federal Circuit oral arguments.<\/p>\n
