Microsoft<\/span> an argument was made by Uniloc that relied on Microsoft&#8217;s computer dictionary to construe claim language.\u00a0 That argument was noted in the oral argument of the subsequent\u00a0appeal\u00a0to the Federal Circuit \u00a0[<a href=\"http:\/\/www.717madisonplace.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/2010-1035-microsoft-computer-dictionary.mp3\">Listen<\/a>].\u00a0 The dictionary argument did not prevail at the district court level, however.
