White<\/span>, 174 F.3d 1378 (1999).\u00a0 Maybe he&#8217;ll switch it up this time and ask Mr. Taranto for a definition of an &#8220;abstract idea.&#8221;\u00a0 Another good question might be whether Mr. Taranto believes that\u00a0a judge has a duty to\u00a0actually apply <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Research Corporation Technologies v.
