{"id":5043,"date":"2012-04-04T22:49:17","date_gmt":"2012-04-05T04:49:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.717madisonplace.com\/?p=5043"},"modified":"2012-04-05T09:14:25","modified_gmt":"2012-04-05T15:14:25","slug":"federal-circuit-clerks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.717madisonplace.com\/?p=5043","title":{"rendered":"Federal Circuit Clerks"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I have often thought it would be interesting if someone would start a Wikipedia page listing past Federal Circuit clerks &#8212; much like Wikipedia has done with Supreme Court clerks.\u00a0 It would be interesting to see where the clerks go after their service on the court and which undergrad and law schools the clerks attended.\u00a0 To what degree do they go to work at the Solicitor&#8217;s Office, in-house, or private practice?\u00a0 It would also be interesting to see how different technical areas are represented via clerks&#8217; technical degrees.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Searching\u00a0for something else this evening, I stumbled across the web site The Clerkship Scramble [<a href=\"http:\/\/clerkshipscramble.blogspot.com\/p\/federal-circuit.html\">Link<\/a>].\u00a0 It had some information about law schools attended by\u00a0recent clerks.\u00a0 Maybe readers can help that blogger fill out the roster for blank years:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Chief Judge Randall R.
