Limelight<\/span>. \u00a0[<a href=\"http:\/\/www.717madisonplace.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/daily.pdf\">Link<\/a>]. \u00a0You may recall that the previous opinion was vacated when <em>en banc<\/em> review was granted. \u00a0The original panel opinion was previously removed from the Federal Circuit web site; but, it is available <a href=\"http:\/\/scholar.google.com\/scholar_case?case=3972829301331758304&amp;hl=en&amp;as_sdt=2&amp;as_vis=1&amp;oi=scholarr\">here.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>3) \u00a0Upon remand from the Supreme Court, an <em>en banc<\/em> hearing was requested in the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ultramercial v. Hulu<\/span> case (sometimes referred to as WildTangent). \u00a0The petition for an <em>en banc<\/em> hearing was denied last week. \u00a0[<a href=\"http:\/\/www.717madisonplace.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/daily1.pdf\">Link<\/a>]. \u00a0A request for <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">re<\/span>hearing <em>en banc<\/em> was filed on the same day \u00a0(August 22, 2012) in <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">CLS v.
