Chen was sworn-in today as the Federal Circuit&#8217;s most recent judge.<\/p>\n<p>Chief Judge Rader administered the oath of office while Judge Chen&#8217;s wife held the Lincoln Bible.<\/p>\n<p>It will be interesting to see if a future judge at some point elects to use the Thomas Jefferson Bible [<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Jefferson_Bible\">Link<\/a>] for the swearing-in ceremony.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Honorable Raymond T.
