The Federal Circuit will be sitting in Boston this October. \u00a0From the Federal Circuit website:<\/p>\n
Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. \u00a7 48, six panels of the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals will hear oral arguments in Boston, Massachusetts, on October 6 through 8, 2015. In accordance with routine practice, the names of the panel judges will not be released prior to the morning of scheduled arguments.<\/p>\n
