Sony Corporation<\/span>. \u00a0You can listen to the oral argument: [<a href=\"http:\/\/www.717madisonplace.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/2015-1342.mp3\">here<\/a>].<\/p>\n<p>During the oral argument, Judge Taranto asked about what he labeled as &#8220;panel stacking.&#8221; [<a href=\"http:\/\/www.717madisonplace.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/2015-1342-excerpt-1.mp3\">Listen<\/a>] \u00a0I assume he is referring to matters such as <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Target Corp. v. Destination Maternity Corp<\/span>. [<a href=\"http:\/\/www.717madisonplace.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/target.pdf\">Read<\/a>] and <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Zhongshan et al. v.
