AOL<\/span>, the advocate for Priceplay noted that he did not want to conflate \u00a7101 with \u00a7103. \u00a0Judge Moore interjected that &#8220;The Supreme Court beat you to it . . .&#8221; to the amusement of Judge Bryson, who was also on the panel.
