{"id":7973,"date":"2016-07-01T10:57:15","date_gmt":"2016-07-01T16:57:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.717madisonplace.com\/?p=7973"},"modified":"2016-07-01T10:57:15","modified_gmt":"2016-07-01T16:57:15","slug":"forty-four-percent-of-all-financial-expert-reports-excluded","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.717madisonplace.com\/?p=7973","title":{"rendered":"Forty-four Percent of All Financial Expert Reports Excluded"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I was listening to a recording of a recent Federal Circuit oral argument where one of the advocates mentioned that a PWC study reports that forty-four percent of all financial expert reports are excluded under <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Daubert<\/span>. \u00a0Quite an interesting statistic. \u00a0PWC notes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>44% of financial experts were excluded in 2015. This is consistent with the 16-year average.<\/li>\n<li>Across the 16-year timespan, the most common reason for financial expert exclusions has been lack of reliability.
