The Federal Circuit will increase the number of days that it sits for oral arguments in upcoming months. \u00a0The announcement from the Federal Circuit web site is below. \u00a0While I suspect a big reason for the increase is due to the AIA, one has to believe that the fiasco commonly known as the Alice\/Mayo test has a lot to do with the number of appeals going up to the court.<\/p>\n
