Jan. 23, 2017). <\/span>The decision is available [<a href=\"https:\/\/scholar.google.com\/scholar_case?q=perfect+10&amp;hl=en&amp;as_sdt=4,60,114,129&amp;as_ylo=2017&amp;case=3465500564883613833&amp;scilh=0\">here<\/a>]. \u00a0 One of the issues was attorney&#8217;s fees. \u00a0Curiously, the Ninth Circuit&#8217;s opinion does not even mention the Supreme Court&#8217;s decision in\u00a0<em>Kirtsaeng v. John Wiley &amp; Sons, Inc.<\/em><span>, 136 S. Ct. 1979, 579 U.S., 195 L.
