When certiorari was granted in <em>Bilski<\/em>, the appeal was captioned <em>Bilski v. Doll [<a href=\"https:\/\/scholar.google.com\/scholar_case?case=17596458476361928648&amp;q=bilski+v.+doll&amp;hl=en&amp;as_sdt=4,60\">Link<\/a>]<\/em>. \u00a0By the time the decision issued, Director Kappos had taken over and the decision was captioned <em>Bilski v. Kappos<\/em>. \u00a0Currently, the <em>Tam<\/em><em> (<\/em><em>perhaps <em>&#8220;Doe&#8221; v.
