Citrix<\/em> case. \u00a0The oral argument focuses on patent eligibility issues. \u00a0There were two sound bites that I thought would be of particular interest. \u00a0In this sound bite, Judge Moore refers to the old <em>Alappat<\/em> test that new software makes a new computer each time you run it: [<a href=\"http:\/\/www.717madisonplace.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/2016-1714-excerpt-1.mp3\">Listen<\/a>].
