Greene&#8217;s Energy Group, LLC<\/em>. \u00a0The argument will take place on November 27, 2017. \u00a0The question presented in <em>Oil States<\/em> is:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Issue<\/strong>: Whether inter partes review, an adversarial process used by the Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) to analyze the validity of existing patents, violates the Constitution by extinguishing private property rights through a non-Article III forum without a jury.<\/p>\n<p>Link to ScotusBlog: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scotusblog.com\/case-files\/cases\/oil-states-energy-services-llc-v-greenes-energy-group-llc\/\">[Link].<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The oral argument in <em>SAS Institute Inc. v.
